About the Role

ZMA Solutions is looking for a passionate and skilled AI Developer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

You'll collaborate with our data scientists, backend developers, and product team to design, train, and deploy AI-powered applications and features that enhance business performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI and machine learning models for production use.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, insights, and model improvements.
  • Develop, train, and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Integrate AI models into backend systems or APIs for real-time applications.
  • Research and prototype new algorithms and tools for computer vision, NLP, or predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or LLMs (Large Language Models) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools like Docker, MLflow, or AWS SageMaker.
  • Understanding of data engineering pipelines and API integrations.
