About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior AI/ML Engineer
to join our growing tech team at
The Value Engineering
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying
machine learning
and
deep learning
solutions that drive innovation and automation across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable
    AI/ML models
    for real-world business challenges.
  • Work with large datasets for
    data cleaning, feature engineering
    , and
    model optimization
    .
  • Implement, evaluate, and fine-tune
    machine learning algorithms
    to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with
    software development and data engineering teams
    to integrate models into production systems.
  • Research and stay updated on
    emerging AI trends
    , frameworks, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain
    end-to-end ML pipelines
    and ensure efficient model deployment (MLOps).
  • Monitor, test, and enhance deployed models to maintain performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
    , Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
    , or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience
    in AI/ML development.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    and experience with frameworks such as
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data structures, algorithms, and statistics
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    model deployment
    ,
    API integration
    , and
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of
    data preprocessing
    ,
    model evaluation
    , and
    optimization techniques
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in
    Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision

  • Familiarity with
    Docker
