GCE-Academy is a trusted name in educational support, offering high-quality tutoring services tailored to students' academic needs. Our Shadman Branch in Karachi is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Representative to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellent student and parent support.

Location: North Karachi

Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation: PKR 25,000 basic salary + commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person inquiries from students and parents.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about tutoring options, subjects, fees, and tutor availability.
  • Coordinate with tutors to manage schedules and updates.
  • Maintain student records and update our system with new registrations and changes.
  • Assist in matching students with suitable tutors based on subject needs and availability.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using WhatsApp, Excel, and other office tools.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service or academic environment is a plus.
  • Residents near Shadman, Karachi, will be preferred for convenience.
