We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and tutors—ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and with a high standard of care. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist students and parents with tutor matching, scheduling, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Support tutors with onboarding, platform navigation, and payment queries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Academic, Sales, Tech) to address complex customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum intermediate, Diploma or graduation preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an education
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
