We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for converting leads generated through our website into sales and providing exceptional customer support throughout the customer journey.

Job Details:

  • Location: North Nazimabad
  • Onsite Job
  • Preferably Male
  • Night shift: (8:00 to 4:30)

Requirements:

  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent English Speaking Skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to use computer and office programs.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve our services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns of customers that arise, ensuring a seamless experience.
