Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Education Program Specialist. The Education Program Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing educational programs, creating program materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring program goals are met. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing program implementation, monitoring progress, conducting assessments, providing support and guidance to participants, and communicating regularly with the team and partners.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
  • Experience in the leadership development sector is a plus
