Our client is a growing luxury fashion brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Executive responsible for streamlining back-end processes from inventory management and financial reporting to taxation compliance and partner reconciliations. This role will serve as the link between finance, supply chain, and business partners to ensure operational accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Systems & Inventory Management
  • Lead implementation of inventory management software integrated with accounting.
  • Develop SKU-level tracking, stock audit, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure system compatibility with e-commerce and POS platforms.
  • Generate inventory and profitability analysis reports.

  • 2. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
  • Manage Income Tax and Sales Tax filing for the company (Sole Proprietorship) and  Directors.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records and coordinate with auditors.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and documentation.
  • 3. Financial Reconciliation & Partner Coordination
  • Maintain reconciliation statements with logistics, marketing, and retail partners.
  • Resolve discrepancies and support financial performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparation of management reporting packs.
  • 4. Import & Documentation
  • Prepare and manage import documentation (PI, LC, BL, invoices).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and banks.
  • Maintain import transaction records for compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance operations, taxation, or inventory control.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Inventory software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ERPNext).
  • Familiarity with FBR/SRB tax procedures and import documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Reporting To: Founder / Head of Business Operations
