About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Finance Executive
to manage the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle accounting activities, ensure financial accuracy, and support the management team with timely financial insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, records, and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial data entry.
  • Support in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with banks, and other external partners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/ACCA/CA Inter preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
