Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing the development, customization, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERP systems to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring robust performance, security, and user adoption of ERP platforms.

Essential Competencies

· Proven experience in ERP architecture, customization, and system integration.

· Strong command over Oracle database design, programming languages, and ERP development tools.

· In-depth understanding of business process mapping and ERP workflow automation.

· Ability to lead cross-functional IT projects from concept to deployment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

· Excellent stakeholder communication, vendor management, and leadership skills.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ERP performance optimization.

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities

· Design, enhance, and maintain business-critical ERP applications.

· Analyze and map business requirements to ERP functionalities, ensuring system alignment with operational needs.

· Oversee customization, integration, and upgradation of ERP modules to enhance user experience and efficiency.

· Collaborate with business units to identify process improvement opportunities through ERP automation.

· Manage database architecture, data migration, and system performance optimization.

· Ensure ERP systems comply with security standards, data protection regulations, and IT policies.

· Provide technical training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ERP users.

· Monitor ERP usage analytics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

· Stay updated with emerging ERP technologies and recommend strategic adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology

· years' relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
