Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with deep expertise in creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to attract, engage, and convert prospects using targeted advertising strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate consistent, high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research and define target audiences and create tailored ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce effective visual content.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to find the most effective combinations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff from marketing to sales.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and report on spend, performance, and ROI.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in lead generation.
- Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (2+ years) running successful paid ad campaigns for lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-backed decisions.
Salary Range:
40k - 200k
