JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a manufacturing company based in Lahore District that produces Plastic Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds. Our high-quality Plastic Fillers, Color and additive Masterbatch & Specialized Polymer Compounds are used in various plastic manufacturing industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Asst. Manager Human Resources & Admin. The Asst. Manager HR & Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement and retention, payroll management, compliance and other day to day administrative tasks of the company. The Manager will also provide support to the management in strategic planning and execution of HR policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures, employment laws & regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing end to end HR activities such as recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, payroll management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement & retention
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
  • Have sound knowledge of IR and Labor Laws
  • Dealing with govt. depts. i.e. EOBI, PESSI, WWF, Insurance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar industry will be an added advantage
