Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and training and development practices
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
