Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator, based in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing costs, and budgeting for construction projects. Additionally, the role involves robust communication with project stakeholders to ensure that all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
  • Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
