Role Description

This is a full-time Estimator role located on-site in Lahore. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets, assessing project requirements, collaborating with project managers, and analyzing construction project plans and specifications. Tasks will also include obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor bids, performing quantity take-offs, and maintaining organized records of all estimates and associated documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for performing quantity take-offs and preparing accurate cost estimates
  • Experience in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and relevant tools
  • Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and procurement processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a construction estimator or in a similar role
