Paragon Overseas Education is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager - Admissions & Compliance to manage a team of 50+ professionals across 32 offices in multiple cities across Pakistan. This role is based at the Corporate Office, Izmir Town, Lahore. They will oversee the admissions processes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, especially as applicable to U.K universities and regulatory bodies. The Assistant Manager will need to possess strong leadership abilities, work efficiently under pressure, and ensure the team operates cohesively to meet both operational and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
Manage, lead, and mentor a diverse team of 50+ admissions and compliance staff across 32 offices in Pakistan. Ensure team cohesion, motivation, and productivity.
- Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of student applications and the submission of all required documentation.
- Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to international standards and local regulatory requirements. This includes verifying that all admissions and documentation processes comply with both local and global educational norms.
- Performance Management:
Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear targets, conducting performance reviews, and providing continuous feedback to improve outcomes.
- Problem Solving:
Address escalated issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall quality of service provided by the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, client relations, and international partners to streamline admissions and compliance activities across various locations.
- Training & Development:
Ensure team members are regularly trained and updated on the latest admission protocols, compliance regulations, and any changes in policies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of admissions, compliance documentation, and team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in admissions, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage large teams effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage a team spread across different locations and handle pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of international student admissions processes and compliance regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite (Google Workspace) with experience in using CMS systems or similar tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
