Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Order Taker/Server to join our team at Brewton Coffee, North Nazimabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items in a timely manner, and ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming Brewton experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders (in-house, takeaway, or delivery).
  • Serve drinks and dishes efficiently while maintaining Brewton's service standards.
  • Handle customer queries, upsell menu items, and suggest new specials.
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set for the next guests.
  • Communicate with baristas, chefs, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
  • Process payments (cash/card/QR) and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and Brewton's service protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café/restaurant service role preferred (fresh candidates may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and evenings.
