Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Officer to join our team. The officer will be responsible for handling admission applications, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining smooth communication with universities and students throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit admission applications to international universities on behalf of students.
  • Review application documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain regular communication with students regarding application status and required updates.
  • Liaise with university admission teams for timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper records of applications and correspondence.
  • Assist counselors and students with admission-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field).
  • Experience in admissions/application filing will be an advantage (fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.
