Position: Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

This is a Call Centre job for our USA Campaign (Night Job).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based clients.
  • Assist customers and truck drivers with inquiries, bookings, and service updates.
  • Provide excellent customer support while maintaining professionalism.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of call centre or sales experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (speaking and listening).
  • Confidence, energy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).
  • Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
