Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Truck Dispatcher and CSR will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing truck drivers' schedules, routes, and loads. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers and customers, troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining transportation logs. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, dispatching, and route planning
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of transportation management software and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is beneficial
