Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Technical Writer & BI Analyst to join our FinTech team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between technical documentation and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for complex financial systems while also designing and delivering insightful Power BI dashboards and reports that support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, API guides, and process flows for FinTech platforms and tools.


• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information and translate it into accessible content.


• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize financial and operational data.


• Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.


• Ensure documentation and reports are aligned with compliance, security, and regulatory standards.


• Support project planning and communication by documenting requirements, workflows, and system specifications.


• Conduct training sessions and create onboarding materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.
