We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Operations Manager/Liaison Officer at our Lahore office. This role is ideal for a mature, highly organised professional, preferably with a background in the armed forces, who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our operations without disrupting team morale.

The successful candidate will attend team meetings, review progress on ongoing projects, and ensure that instructions and strategies are being implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the Lahore office.
  • Provide support to the COO in smooth running of operations at the Lahore Office
  • Attend all key internal meetings (individual and team-level), ensuring clarity of expectations and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, follow up on action items, and report back progress or bottlenecks to the CEO.
  • Offer support and guidance to teams to help them deliver results effectively.
  • Maintain a neutral and professional presence to encourage compliance without creating fear or hierarchy.

Ideal Profile:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate the CEO's expectations clearly.
  • Respected and professional in presence — able to influence without creating hostility.
  • Fluent in both English and Urdu.
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage reports, meeting notes, and coordination using modern digital tools.

Education: Minimum Bachelors or Masters preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field.

Office Hours: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs160,000.00 per month
