Education Requirements

Minimum 16 years of education
in
Computer Science
,
Software Engineering
,
Information Technology
, or equivalent from an
HEC-recognized university/institution
.

Experience Requirements

  • Must be PMP Certified, or Agile Practitioner / SCRUM Master
  • 10 years
    of overall relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years
    in a
    Project Manager
    role with expertise in:
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Resource Allocation & Budgeting
  • Risk & Change Management
  • Logistics & Inspection Oversight
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience in a career

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery within defined scope, cost, and timeline
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and external stakeholders
  • Implement and manage risk mitigation plans
  • Drive efficient resource planning and team leadership
  • Communicate project status and roadmaps to clients and internal management
  • Adapt to change and ensure continuous process improvement
