Job Summary:

At Manafa, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI solution development. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and command of SQL for data manipulation, validation, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes and hands-on experience with ETL tools.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards to provide insights and visualizations for data monitoring.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions using MongoDB and MySQL.
  • Design, build, and deploy SSRS reports to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Optimize and tune database queries for performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all BI solutions.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  • Experience with other BI tools and technologies will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with cloud-based and on prem data platform and data warehouse technologies.
Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft BI, Power BI, etc.) will be a plus.
