About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented BI + Data Intern to join our data team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build strong foundational skills in SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence while gaining exposure to real-world data problems.

Key Responsibilities
SQL (Primary Focus):
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Assist in managing and querying relational databases.
Data Analysis:
Perform exploratory and statistical data analysis to derive actionable insights.
Support internal teams with custom data reporting and insights.
BI Tools (Basic):
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Exposure to additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik) is a plus.
ETL Support:
Participate in the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines.
Assist in data cleaning, transformation, and integration tasks.

Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
Understanding of data analytics and data visualization principles.
Basic experience with Power BI; familiarity with other BI tools is beneficial.
Exposure to ETL workflows or tools is a plus.
Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Added Advantages
Knowledge of any programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript, especially for data processing.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of database systems like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Data warehouse Understanding.
