About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented
Upwork Account Manager
to manage the company's Upwork portfolio and oversee payment connections, withdrawals, and account integrity. This role focuses on maintaining smooth financial operations and ensuring the company's freelance platforms are managed securely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's Upwork account and related freelance platforms.
  • Oversee
    cash-in processes
    , payment connections, and ensure timely withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate
    records of earnings, transactions, and invoices
    from Upwork.
  • Coordinate with the concern department for reconciliation of received payments.
  • Ensure account security, proper credentials management, and compliance with Upwork policies.
  • Manage and update company portfolios, completed projects, and team profiles.
  • Monitor account health, reviews, and performance analytics to maintain a strong reputation.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to account verification, payment holds, or disputes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Upwork or similar freelance platform accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's payment systems and financial settings.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital agency services (development, design, marketing).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal departments.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility in handling financial and account data.
