Key ResponsibilitiesShipment TrackingMonitor all shipments from dispatch to delivery using Shopify (Track123), Zenkit, and courier portals (UPS, DHL, NetParcel).Ensure time-sensitive shipments (Pakistan → USA/Canada) are tracked every 2 hours until customs clearance.Identify and log shipment delays, customs holds, and exceptions.Exception Handling & EscalationsFlag shipments with no updates for >48 hours and escalate to courier support.Manage duty/tax payment notices by immediately notifying management.Document all actions and escalations in Zenkit and internal logs.Courier CommunicationCommunicate with UPS, DHL, and NetParcel via email (preferred) or phone for urgent issues.Maintain professional records of all correspondence.Documentation & ComplianceSupport the preparation of shipping and return documentation (commercial invoice, duty receipts, re-export documents).Ensure full compliance with customs requirements to avoid penalties or delays.Reporting & UpdatesProvide structured updates in Zenkit using the standard reporting format.Assist management with weekly reports on shipment exceptions and resolution status.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% monitoring of USA/Canada shipments every 2 hours until customs cleared.Zero penalty charges due to late tax/duty payments.100% of exceptions documented and escalated within set timelines.Courier inquiries responded to and followed up within 24 hours.Complete and accurate shipment/return documentation for all assigned cases.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipment tracking (preferred, but fresh graduates may apply).Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in tools such as Shopify, Zenkit, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and courier portals.Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and escalate issues effectively.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Location:Islamabad (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
