Logistics Coordinator / Truck Dispatcher – Night Shift (CST Time Zone)

Location: 99Technologies, 3rd, 4th & 5th Floor, Plaza 1, Paradise Commercial, Bahria Town, Islamabad / Rawalpindi.

Type: Full-time, Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (CST Time Zone)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator / Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in truck dispatching and transportation logistics with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily freight operations, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers and facilities
  • Make outbound calls to facilities and customers to arrange shipment schedules and confirm details
  • Obtain freight rates from carriers and provide competitive rate quotes to customers
  • Dispatch trucks and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams
  • Resolve issues related to delays, scheduling conflicts, or delivery exceptions
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications in the company's logistics system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and facility contacts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in TMS, spreadsheets, and standard office software
  • Knowledge of freight operations, carrier relations, and rate structures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
