Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Lahore as a Founder's Strategic Associate. The role involves directly supporting the founder in strategic planning, business decision-making, and project management. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and managing ongoing initiatives. The successful candidate will also facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, manage calendars, and contribute to decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization's high-level operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Strategy, Project Management, and Process Improvement
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Business Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills, Report Writing, and Presentation Development
  • Proficiency in AI tools across use cases is a PLUS
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, startup environment and knowledge of AI, intelligent automation technologies are desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strategic mindset
