Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our team as Amazon KDP Publishing and Promotion Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in publishing and promoting digital content on Amazon KDP, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility. This role offers a competitive sales % plus incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish and promote books on Amazon KDP, ensuring compliance with all platform guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase book sales and visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential niches for publishing.
  • Optimize book listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories, to maximize discoverability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with authors, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, including Amazon Ads, social media marketing, and other online advertising efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
