We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic
Head of Amazon Department
to lead and manage all Amazon-related operations — including sales, marketing, advertising, and account performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep Amazon marketplace expertise, and a proven track record of scaling product sales while maintaining brand integrity and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overall
    Amazon growth strategy
    to increase sales and market share.
  • Manage all aspects of the
    Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
    accounts.
  • Oversee
    product listing optimization
    , keyword research, pricing strategy, and catalog management.
  • Lead a team of Amazon specialists, PPC experts, designers, and content writers.
  • Plan and monitor
    Amazon Advertising (PPC)
    campaigns for optimal ROI.
  • Analyze data and prepare
    performance reports
    on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely shipments.
  • Manage
    brand store design, A+ content,
    and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor
    competitor activity
    , pricing trends, and category insights.
  • Ensure compliance with
    Amazon policies
    and resolve account or ASIN-level issues.
  • Identify new opportunities such as
    international marketplaces
    (Amazon UK, UAE, etc.) for expansion.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong command of
    Amazon SEO, PPC management, and analytics tools
    (Helium10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead a team and deliver revenue growth targets.
  • Excellent understanding of
    product listing optimization
    , keyword targeting, and brand protection strategies.
  • Experience in
    inventory forecasting, pricing analysis, and ad performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or E-commerce Marketing will be a plus.
