The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

We are looking for a creative and result driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build our Online presence, engaging content, and run effective ad campaigns for our stores and websites

Key Responsibilities:

■ Develop and maintain a content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).

■ Create engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, reels, TikToks, stories, product photos, graphics, short videos).

■ Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

■ Track performance and prepare weekly reports (clicks, conversions, ROI, engagement).

■ Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms.

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with creative marketing content.

■ Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends to recommend new strategies for growth.

Qualifications:

■ 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.

■ Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc. for TikTok/Reels a plus).

■ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

■ Strong writing and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

■ Knowledge of SEO and email marketing platforms is a plus.
