Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Islamabad. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes. They will develop and test new recipes, maintain food safety standards, and manage inventory. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with the management team to plan menus, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Extensive experience in culinary arts, recipe development, and kitchen management
  • Proficiency in food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Creativity and passion for developing unique, appealing menus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant culinary certifications and a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field are beneficial
