Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Executive Chef will oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are created and consistent with the restaurant's standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, inventory management, maintaining food safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to enhance culinary offerings. The role also involves fostering a positive kitchen environment and managing kitchen operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional culinary skills, including proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and creating innovative culinary concepts
  • Leadership, staff management, and team collaboration skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and inventory management practices
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time in high-pressure environments
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Certification or formal training in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
