We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Architect with a strong passion for interior design and a particular expertise in furniture. You are not just a designer of spaces, but a creator of experiences, with a deep understanding of how custom furniture and interior details bring an architectural vision to life. Crucially, you are someone who thrives on seeing projects through to completion, with a hands-on approach to site supervision and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holistic Design:
     Develop architectural concepts that seamlessly integrate interior layouts, custom furniture, and materiality from the outset.
  • Furniture Design & Curation:
     Design, detail, and specify custom furniture pieces, lighting, and built-in elements. Source and select furniture that aligns with the overall architectural narrative.
  • Technical Execution:
     Produce comprehensive construction drawings, detailed furniture drawings, and specifications for tender and construction.
  • Site Leadership:
     Act as a key point of contact during the construction phase, conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent, drawings, and the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
     Meticulously monitor workmanship, material installation, and finishes, providing clear directives to contractors and craftsmen to resolve issues on-site.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a clear passion and skill for interior design and custom furniture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and any other software for furniture design.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and joinery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead on-site meetings and inspections.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
