Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Maintenance In charge, located in Karachi Division. The Factory Maintenance In charge will oversee the maintenance and repair of factory equipment, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting machinery issues, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and managing maintenance staff. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records of maintenance activities and ensuring the availability of required spare parts and materials.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, and Mechanical Systems.
  • Skills in Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, and Preventative Maintenance
  • Experience in managing Maintenance Schedules, Maintenance Staff, and Maintenance Budgets
  • Strong understanding of Compliance with Safety Regulations and Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the specialized vehicle industry is a plus
  • DAE/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
