Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Shift Incharge Production, located on-site in Karachi Division. The Shift Incharge Production will be responsible for managing and supervising the complete rolling mill operations during the assigned shift, including staff supervision, monitoring furnace and rolling processes, troubleshooting production and maintenance issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role ensures achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring proper housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include preparing and submitting shift reports, driving compliance with operational procedures, and providing technical training and guidance to subordinates to enhance skills and improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Management and Team Supervision
  • Knowledge of Quality Control, Safety Standards, and Maintenance Protocols
  • Skills in Inventory Management, Scheduling, and Production Planning
  • Strong Communication, Problem-solving, and Leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in handling machinery and equipment troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
  • Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is advantageous
