Job Title: Factory Operations Executive

This role will lead the site's engineering team to enhance operational efficiency and adapt to evolving supply chain demands.

The Factory Operations Executive will be responsible for executing projects that align with a 5-year strategic plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a forward-thinking capital investment strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversight of the capital investment process, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting project specifications.
  • Collaboration with site management to provide a comprehensive view of investment plans, securing necessary resources for successful project delivery.
  • Leading teams to meet project success criteria, adhering to timelines and budgets, and completing appraisals and close-out reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in projects and manufacturing, guiding teams with management acumen.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong commercial insight to identify business opportunities.
  • Proven capability in leading engineering and maintenance teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
