Full Stack Developer (PERN Stack) – Night Shift | Lahore

Location: On-site, Lahore , Pakistan

Shift: Night (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT), Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, ) to join our growing team. This role is on-site in Lahore and requires night shift availability to collaborate seamlessly with our US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications with ReactJS
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs using & Express
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability
  • Convert UI/UX wireframes into interactive, user-friendly components with clean CSS
  • Work closely with designers, QA, and project managers for smooth product delivery
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance across the stack
  • Write well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Ensure applications are optimized for speed, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with the PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, )
  • Solid knowledge of ReactJS and modern frontend practices
  • Expertise in CSS for responsive, pixel-perfect design
  • Hands-on experience with & Express backend development
  • Proficiency in relational database design and PostgreSQL tuning
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (US timings) in our Lahore office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce projects
  • Knowledge of Redux, Tailwind CSS, or similar frontend libraries
  • Familiarity with Git workflows & deployment pipelines
