Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate and convert leads through Bark and social media marketing (SMM) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital services, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through Bark, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or lead generation (preferably in digital services).
  • Proficiency in using Bark, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web, or creative services.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
