Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan PsychPlus Full time $1,000 - $14,000 per year

Why PsychPlus?

The current delivery model for mental health care is broken in this country. PsychPlus set out on a mission to reimagine how mental health care is delivered to folks who need it. Our goal is to provide a digital-first, modern approach to psychiatry and therapy. We provide care both in-person at our offices across Texas and virtually so our patients can be seen at their convenience.

About the Role

The Psychiatry Revenue Cycle Manager at PsychPlus will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle for our psychiatric services, ensuring efficient, compliant, and financially optimized operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process—from patient intake to payment collection—while ensuring the highest level of accuracy, regulatory compliance, and revenue integrity. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, billing teams, and administrative leadership to streamline workflows, reduce claim denials, and improve cash flow for our psychiatric service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the full psychiatry revenue cycle — from insurance verification and coding accuracy to claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections — ensuring compliance with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, HIPAA, and payer regulations.
  • Drive financial performance and efficiency by monitoring KPIs (AR days, clean claim rates, denial trends), negotiating payer contracts, implementing SOPs, and introducing process improvements to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Lead, train, and collaborate with billing staff and clinical teams to improve documentation accuracy, strengthen compliance, and enhance team knowledge of psychiatry-specific RCM best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including end-to-end oversight of billing, coding, claims, and collections processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Must Work In Office.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $1,000 to $1,400 USD per month at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive packages, and other PsychPlus Health–sponsored benefits.
