Role Description

Goldfinch is looking for a
Junior Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team for the
Chahar Bagh project
— a landmark real estate development redefining modern living in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident individual who's passionate about real estate sales and eager to grow with a premium brand. You'll work closely with our senior sales team to promote Chahar Bagh, engage clients, and convert leads into successful deals.

What you will do

  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Chahar Bagh project.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM data.
  • Support in preparing booking forms, sales proposals, and documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, result-driven, and passionate about real estate.
  • Basic understanding of Lahore's property market.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
