Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Account Executive, located in Lahore. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, coordinating with the production team, tracking order processes, and supporting the senior account executive team in various tasks. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
