Junior HR Executive
 to join our team and support our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and office activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
