Role summary

End-to-end Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Shopping/Feeds, Remarketing, and Lead Gen. Build, scale, and optimize with solid measurement (GA4/GTM) and weekly insights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Search, PMax, Shopping/Feeds, Remarketing.
  • Structure PMax + Search to avoid cannibalization; manage budgets & pacing.
  • Set up/QA GA4 + GTM (forms, calls, enhanced conversions); fix policy/disapprovals.
  • Manage GMC/feeds (attributes, diagnostics, suspensions).
  • Test keywords, assets, audiences, bid strategies; give CRO/landing feedback.
  • Ship Looker Studio reports with clear next actions; document SOPs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on Google Ads (eCom and/or local services) with provable results.
  • Strong GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and GMC/feed expertise.
  • Comfortable with Sheets/Excel, rules/scripts, budget pacing; clear written English.
  • Ability to work 8pm–12am PKT and 2 on-site days weekly.

Nice to have

Call tracking (CallRail), Microsoft Ads, server-side tagging, Shopify/WooCommerce.
