SaaS, ERP systems, Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, and IT Project Management

We're now expanding our footprint in
Saudi Arabia
through a strategic joint venture and are looking for a
Tender Specialist
to lead and manage our participation in
IT and software-related tenders
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track relevant
    government and private-sector IT tenders
    in Saudi Arabia (via
    Etimad
    ,
    NEOM
    ,
    Aramco
    ,
    Red Sea Global
    , and other portals).
  • Manage
    tender registration, documentation, and submission processes
    end-to-end.
  • Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and bid conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and compile tender responses, proposals, and supporting materials.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and liaise with procurement officers for clarifications.
  • Maintain a
    tender tracker
    (projects, deadlines, submission status, and results).
  • Work with internal teams (Finance, Technical, BD) to gather information for proposals.

Requirement:

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in
    tendering or procurement
    (preferably in the
    IT or construction sectors
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    Saudi procurement procedures
    and platforms like
    Etimad
    .
  • Familiarity with
    bid bonds, performance guarantees, CR requirements, and compliance documentation
    .
  • Excellent
    English and Arabic
    communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to
    work independently
    , meet deadlines, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Experience dealing with
    government entities
    and
    semi-government projects
    in KSA.
  • Background in
    software / IT services
    tendering.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management tools.
