Job Title: Automation Expert (n8n, , Zapier)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer who specializes in n8n, , and Zapier to build end-to-end automation workflows across marketing, operations, sales, finance, and AI-powered systems. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, understands APIs deeply, and can turn manual business processes into scalable automated solutions with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using n8n, , and Zapier
  2. Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, email systems, payment gateways, AI APIs, databases, and webhooks
  3. Automate repetitive business processes across marketing, lead generation, customer onboarding, HR, finance, and AI chatbot workflows
  4. Build custom logic using API calls (REST, GraphQL), JSON transformations, and conditional routing
  5. Implement error handling, workflow monitoring, and optimization for scalability
  6. Document workflows, create reusable automation templates, and maintain version control
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions
  8. Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into workflows to enhance intelligence and personalization

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Proven expertise in n8n (must have), , and Zapier
  2. Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication flows
  3. Experience connecting tools like HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, Typeform, Webflow, Stripe, Calendly, Twilio, and Notion
  4. Ability to write custom code modules (JavaScript/Python) within automation platforms when required
  5. Familiarity with AI automation: LLM prompts, embeddings, chatbots, agentic workflows
  6. Strong problem-solving and logical architecture skills
  7. Experience in building multi-step automations with conditional logic, looping, error retries, and data mapping.
