We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Expert with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, coupled with specialized experience in healthcare and bioinformatics. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that address real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Apply AI methodologies to healthcare and bioinformatics projects, such as predictive modeling, genomic data analysis, and healthcare process optimization.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in AI applications in healthcare and bioinformatics.
  • Conduct research to identify innovative AI applications across various industries.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights.
  • Optimize data pipelines to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on AI methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure AI projects adhere to company standards and deliverables are met on time.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Develop technical documentation and reports for project updates and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide AI strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and statistics, particularly as they apply to machine learning and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Familiarity with genomic data analysis, drug discovery, or healthcare diagnostics.
  • Experience working on AI applications in healthcare or bioinformatics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
