The Role

We're seeking a Level 1 AI/LLM Backend Engineer to build and integrate innovative AI agent systems into our robust backend infrastructure. You'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent workflows that revolutionise customer success and GTM workflows for SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain intelligent agent systems using advanced LLM frameworks (Langchain, LangGraph).
• Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQLAlchemy.
• Build automated workflows that transform customer data into actionable insights.
• Integrate AI agents in the FastAPI backend and work closely with the Full stack and the UI/UX teams to deliver to end users.
• Prototype, test, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions addressing real-world customer success challenges.
• Analyze and predict customer behavior patterns to proactively manage churn and enhance retention.
• Take on research initiatives to explore latest AI models and integration frameworks for agents.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of practical experience building AI/LLM-driven applications and backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using FastAPI.
• Experience in developing using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
• Practical knowledge of Langchain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and queuing systems.
• Demonstrable experience building autonomous AI agents capable of complex tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong passion for AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant AI and backend development projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
• Background or interest in B2B SaaS.
• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Attention to detail ( Keyword is "Jedi")
