10Native is looking for a talented
Digital Analytics Specialist
to join our growing team and ensure precise tracking, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making across all digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Implement, configure, and manage
    GA4 properties
    , events, and conversions.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain
    GTM setups
    (tags, triggers, variables).
  • Audit tracking implementations to ensure
    accuracy and reliability
    .
  • Collaborate with developers to validate
    dataLayer
    structures and ensure event tracking integrity.
  • Build and maintain
    custom dashboards
    (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Stay updated on analytics trends, privacy regulations (
    GDPR/CCPA
    ), and cookie consent.
  • Translate business requirements into
    actionable measurement plans
    and provide insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience in
    GA4 & GTM
    implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of
    dataLayer
    , event tracking, and campaign tracking (UTM).
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking for
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    , etc.
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience with
    Looker Studio
    for reporting.
  • Basic
    JavaScript/HTML
    knowledge for custom GTM scripts (a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    server-side tagging
    .
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms like
    Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Segment
    .
  • Understanding of
    SEO & digital marketing
    concepts.
