We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee warehouse processes, ensure fulfillment accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce or dark-store operations (such as Daraz or Krave Mart) and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Inventory Control

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability.
  • Implement best practices to reduce order errors, delays, and stock discrepancies.
  • Oversee cycle counts and periodic audits to ensure stock accuracy and data integrity.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Commercial teams for restocking and SKU forecasting.

Operational Efficiency & Process Management

  • Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs and quality standards aligned with TheSkinFit's brand promise.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize picking routes, packaging workflow, and dispatch turnaround times.
  • Monitor operational KPIs — including fulfillment accuracy, order turnaround time, and return rate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and high-volume events.

People Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and discipline.
  • Conduct training sessions for pickers, packers, and dispatch riders on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability and collaboration among the warehouse team.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

  • Manage coordination between warehouse and courier partners for on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor last-mile performance, route efficiency, and SLA compliance.
  • Work with Customer Experience teams to resolve delivery issues and minimize complaints.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and operations management (preferably in e-commerce, dark-store, or quick-commerce setup like Daraz or Krave Mart).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, order management, and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-demand situations.
